Virginio joined Gevers & Ores in 2023 after significant experiences that served as a springboard in the field of intellectual property. First in patent law, in two major IP law firms in Paris, then in strategic litigation and defense in a law firm.
At Gevers & Ores, Virginio brings his passion for intellectual property to the service of clients. He is in charge of the appropriation of intellectual property assets as well as their maintenance and defense in extrajudicial proceedings before the INPI, the EUIPO, and the arbitration bodies of the WIPO. He also addresses issues of artificial intelligence and intellectual property with the patent teams. Mastering the digital transformation of law, Virginio enriches the cases he handles by integrating this dimension.
In 2023, he co-founded the Association of the Digital Transformation of Law Diploma at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne with the aim of promoting continental law and its integration into internet and communication technologies. He continues to support this initiative as executive director of the supervisory committee, thus ensuring its sustainability and evolution.
