Eugénie is a French Patent Attorney.
After obtaining a PhD in Molecular Biology. Eugénie worked for 6 years at Questel, one of the world leaders in patent information, as IP Training Manager. She trained clients (watch officers, IP managers, strategy directors, etc.) in France and abroad in the search and analysis of patent information.
On the strength of this experience and her mastery of the tools, she joined the Gevers firm in 2016. She carries out prior art searches, freedom-to-operate searches and invalidity searches in all technical fields. She has also developed Gevers’ offering around patent information to provide customers with strategic mapping services, competitive and/or technical watches and IP albums.
In 2020, she joined the Biology patent team. Her activities include conducting patentability studies, drafting patent applications, monitoring their examination before various national patent offices, and conducting freedom-to-operate studies.
