11th ECTA Supervisory Board and Committee Meetings
ECTA, with over 1500 members from the EU and beyond, promotes knowledge and professionalism in intellectual property law, focusing on trademarks, designs, copyright, and related rights within the European Union. The association is a recognized discussion partner for key public and political bodies, including EU Institutions, EUIPO, and WIPO, influencing the future of IP rights policy and regulation. ECTA serves as a forum for knowledge exchange among IP professionals, providing resources like position papers and a members-only intranet. It represents the collective opinion of the European IP law community without engaging in lobbying.
