Experience

Samuel is specialized in patent portfolio management, with a particular focus on strategy to put in place for efficient IP management. His technical expertise includes physics, mechanics, electronics, ICT, and computer-implemented inventions. He advises you on the patentability of inventions, IP strategy, patent infringement and enforcement, patent validity, and license agreements. He defends you in oppositions and appeals at the EPO, national and international litigations. His clients include national and international corporations, universities, research centers, and consultancy and law firms. Samuel is a member of the European Patent Institute (EPI) and an associate member of the epi/eppc/ict subcommittee.
