Alexandre is a professional representative of the EPO, a chartered French Patent Attorney, and is in charge of cases in various fields of chemistry, in particular organic and inorganic chemistry, materials, catalysis, chemical engineering, pharmacy, cosmetics, phytochemistry, agrochemistry, and agri-food.
His activity includes drafting of patent applications, supervision of their prosecution as well as opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office. He also advises Clients on patentability, freedom to operate and carries out validity studies on third-party patent applications or patents.
Before joining Gevers, Alexandre worked for 4 years in another Intellectual Property firm in Paris.
