Your responsibilities as Junior Accountant ?
As a member of our Finance team, you will dive into a role that offers variety and the chance to shape the future of the team.
You’ll switch seamlessly between credit control and accounting tasks, working closely with our dedicated team members every step of the way.
Here’s what you can expect :
- Credit Control:
- Track and collect outstanding payments using our credit management tool in line with company guidelines
- Proactively follow up with customers on overdue payments via email and phone
- Work closely together with debt collection agencies to follow up outsourced cases
- Assist in negotiating payment plans with customers
- For Accounting, you will

- Process general expense invoices, using our scanning software
- Process and reconcile payments and bank statements
- Assist with VAT declarations, and fiscal compliance
- Cooperate in the closing process, record closing entries and maintain the analytical accounting
- You will work closely with colleagues across departments, building meaningful relationships that enhance teamwork
- You will contribute to company projects aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of the Finance department or where input of the Finance department is required.
