Peter is specialized in Electrical Engineering in particular Telecommunications (e.g. Video – and Multimedia applications, Access networks, DSL networks, Home Networks etc.) electronics and computer implemented inventions. He advises and represents you on patentability of inventions, IP protection strategies, patent infringement and enforcement, patent validity and license agreements. He defends you in oppositions and appeals at the EPO, national and international litigations. Peter has a strong background in IP management in the industry by his employment at international companies like NOKIA TECHNOLOGIES and ALCATEL-LUCENT, managing part of the patent portfolio. He is a member of The European Patent Institute (EPI). His clients include national and international corporations, government authorities, consultancy and law firms.
