Lien assists and advises clients in a broad range of sectors, including media and entertainment, fashion, design and technology. Her particular focus lies in the protection and enforcement of trademark rights, design rights and copyrights that vest in the products and services of clients. Lien represents clients in legal proceedings before the Benelux and European Union Intellectual Property Offices, assists clients in domain name matters, represents clients in dispute resolution cases and has experience in the negotiation and drafting of IP related agreements.
Before joining Gevers, Lien worked as a lawyer for five and a half years in an Antwerp based law firm. She was part of the commercial law team, where she focused on intellectual property disputes and transactions.
