Sacha assists and advises clients in a broad range of sectors, including media and entertainment, fashion, designer goods, life sciences and technology. His particular focus lies in the protection and enforcement of trade mark rights, copyrights and design rights that vest in the products and services of clients. Sacha defends clients in legal proceedings before the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), assists clients in dispute resolution cases and has experience in the negotiation and drafting of IP-related contracts. As a Certified Data Protection Officer, Sacha also provides advice on matters in the field of data protection and privacy. Before joining Gevers in 2021, Sacha worked as an attorney at renowned law firms specialized in IP and IP litigation at the highest level.
