Meet Nathalie Rousset

She is specialised in employee’s inventions and creations, drafting and negotiating technology transfer contracts, licenses, and contracts relating to software and databases. Her main area of practice is to protect and defend trademarks and designs in France and abroad and more generally deal with all legal issues related to Intellectual Property. Member of CNCPI, APRAM, LES and INTA. She advises on trademark and design protection and defence strategies and manages Trademark & Design registration procedures worldwide. She has gained a wide experience in opposition procedures at INPI, opposition and cancellation procedures at EUIPO, counterfeit and nullity litigation proceedings regarding trademarks, designs and unfair competition.
