Lysiane is specialized in key account and portfolio management and has a broad experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications in many technical fields and freedom-to-operate analysis. She advises you on feasibility of research projects, patent landscape of competitors, license contracts, freedom-to-operate, validity of third party’s patents, infringement situations, patentability of inventions, prosecution, opposition, nullity actions and portfolio analysis. She defends you in national and international litigation, patent infringement situations, patent validity issues and negotiating licence contracts. Her clients include national and international corporations. She handles cases in English and French.
