Fabienne is a French and European Patent Attorney. Before joining Gevers, she was a research engineer in a start-up specializing in delivery systems.
She then moved on to a law firm and then an industrial property firm.
Through her experience as an Industrial Property Attorney for public research institutes, start-ups and industry, Fabienne has acquired expertise in protecting inventions in the fields of biotechnology, agri-food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics.
She advises clients on the freedom to exploit and patent their inventions. She drafts patent applications, and manages examination and opposition procedures before industrial property offices
