Meet Fabienne Fabre

Fabienne is a French and European Patent Attorney. Before joining Gevers, she was a research engineer in a start-up specialized in delivery systems.

She then joined a law firm and then an Industrial Property firm.

Through her experience as an Industrial Property Attorney for public research institutes, start-ups and industries, Fabienne has gained experience in protecting inventions in the fields of Biotechnology, Agri-food, Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics.

She advises clients on the freedom to operate and patentability of their inventions. She drafts patent applications, and manages examination and opposition procedures before industrial property offices.
