Emilie is specialized in French and European trademark and design law and practices, copyright. After more than 15 years of experience in IP firms and IP Departments of International Companies, Emilie has developed a strong expertise in the acquisition, protection and defense of IP rights, and especially trademarks and designs, with a particular focus on the sector of Luxury. She advises on IP strategy, trademark and design infringement and enforcement but also on contractual matters. She prosecutes and defends cases in oppositions and cancellation proceedings before the INPI and the EUIPO, and at international level with our network of foreign agents. Emilie is a member of the Design Committee of the National Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys (CNCPI).
