Experience

Emilie is an Intellectual Property Attorney, specializing in Trademarks and Designs, and an European Attorney.
After more than 15 years working for consulting firms and major corporations, Emilie has developed her expertise in the acquisition, protection and defense of trademarks and designs, particularly in the luxury goods sector.

She advises clients on the strategy to adopt for their trademark portfolio, as well as on anti-counterfeiting measures and contracts. She investigates and defends cases in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the INPI and EUIPO, and at international level with our network of correspondents.

Emilie is also a member of the Design Commission of the French National Chamber of Industrial Property Attorneys (CNCPI).
