As a patent engineer, Corentin’s primary focus is patent drafting and prosecution in the areas of mechanical and electrical technologies, including electronics, electromechanical devices, and medical devices.
Corentin holds a Master degree in electromechanical engineering with a specialization in energy from UCLouvain. Attracted by innovation, he obtained a PhD degree from UCLouvain for his research on magnetic bearings, in collaboration with Politecnico di Torino (Turin, Italy). His work resulted in the filing of three patent applications as a first contact with the field of intellectual property. He then joined the space industry at the satellite manufacturer Thales Alenia Space, where he gained experience in the development of leading-edge technologies in the industry.
In 2020, Corentin moved to the IP sector, bringing his experience in research and industry to guide you in patent-related matters.
