Charlotte has practiced intellectual property law since 2020. She advises and represents clients on all aspects of trademark and design protection, copyright, trade secrets, and domain names. Her practice covers strategic advice, enforcement and dispute resolution in both national and cross-border matters. She also has experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of IP-related agreements.
Before joining Gevers, Charlotte had worked as a lawyer in renowned law firms specializing in intellectual property law, where she handled both litigation and advisory matters.
