Charlotte has practiced intellectual property law since 2004, for the first three years at the Brussels Bar and since 2006 for Gevers. She advises on intellectual property and defends clients in opposition proceedings. She is specialized in trademarks, designs, copyright, trade secrets and domain names, with a particular focus on opposition proceedings. Charlotte’s clients include national and international corporations, government authorities, consultancy and law firms. She is a member of several associations including the “Beneluxvereniging voor Merken- en Modellenrecht” (BMM) and Marques.
