Benjamin advises on all trademark, design, domain name, copyright and anti-counterfeiting issues, auditing of IP portfolios and the drafting of agreements and settlements. His clients include individuals, SMEs, national and international listed companies, government authorities, consultancy and law firms. Benjamin has 20 years of experience in intellectual property law and has participated in different Committees of the European Community Trademark Association (ECTA) of which he remains an active member. He is also a member of the Benelux Association of Trade Mark and Design Law (B.M.M.). He is a regular speaker at conferences, seminars and trainings and is co-editor-in-chief of the “Revue de Droit Intellectuel – L’Ingénieur-conseil (ICIP)” edited by Larcier Legal.
