Assieh is an European Patent Attorney, and a member of the European Patent Institute (EPI).
She worked for 11 years in the field of industrial property for the Rhône-Poulenc group (Rhône-Poulenc Rorer, Rhône-Poulenc Chimie, Rhodia) and the Sanofi group, as well as for other firms specializing in intellectual property.
Assieh has also worked as a research chemist at the Institut de Chimie des Substances Naturelles (CNRS) in Gif sur Yvette.
She is involved in matters concerning the acquisition of industrial property rights, such as the drafting of patent applications and grant procedures in France and abroad. She advises and represents clients in opposition and appeal proceedings before the European Patent Office. She also has solid experience in life cycle management and in combating counterfeiting of pharmaceutical products.
