Antonin is a qualified attorney-at-law registered with the Ghent Bar. He acquired solid experience in handling intellectual property litigations and unfair competition cases. He regularly drafts and negotiates contracts, in particular for patents, trademarks, designs and plant variety rights. Antonin represents clients operating in various sectors facing complex IP challenges including preliminary injunctions and Anton Piller Orders (Beslag inzake Namaak – Saisie-Contrefaçon).
Antonin is an active member of AIPPI.
