Meet Fabienne Fabre

Fabienne is a professional representative of the EPO and a chartered French Patent Attorney. Before joining Gevers, she worked as a research engineer in a start-up specialized in the synthesis of delivery systems. Then, she joined a law office and a major French firm of IP attorneys. Due to her current role as a patent attorney for public research institutions, start-ups, and industries, she has worked on the protection of various inventions in biotechnology, agri-food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals. She advises clients on freedom to operate and the patentability of inventions. Her activity includes drafting patent applications, patent prosecution, and opposition proceedings.
