{"id":4258,"date":"2022-04-15T08:55:24","date_gmt":"2022-04-15T08:55:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/gevers.test\/blog\/what-is-a-trade-secret\/"},"modified":"2026-04-21T12:49:11","modified_gmt":"2026-04-21T12:49:11","slug":"wat-is-een-bedrijfsgeheim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gevers.eu\/nl\/blog\/wat-is-een-bedrijfsgeheim\/","title":{"rendered":"Wat is een bedrijfsgeheim?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een <a href=\"https:\/\/gevers.eu\/nl\/expertise\/bedrijfsgeheimen-intellectueel-eigendom\/\">bedrijfsgeheim<\/a> is elke technische knowhow of bedrijfsinformatie die:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>geheim is, d.w.z. niet tot het publieke domein behoort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>commerci\u00eble waarde heeft omdat het geheim is<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>onderworpen is aan redelijke maatregelen om het te beveiligen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(Deze definitie is bevestigd in de EU-richtlijn inzake handelsgeheimen (2016\/943\/EU) van 5 juli 2016, die in 2018 in alle EU-lidstaten is ge\u00efmplementeerd).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bedrijfsgeheimen kunnen zeer lang bestaan.
