Over the years of working as an Intellectual Property Attorney and ‘in-house’ counsel in the fashion industry, Alissia has acquired a solid, multidisciplinary experience. Her clientele has ranged from start-ups and SMEs to large and multinational corporations, spanning various sectors.
Alissia provides comprehensive guidance to clients across a wide spectrum of IP issues, encompassing brand selection, search, filing strategies, prosecution, early-stage enforcement, monitoring, drafting and negotiating IP-related contracts, and dispute resolution matters. Her specialization extends to representing clients in domain name disputes under the UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) and various ccTLD dispute policies, including WIPO, CEPANI, and AFNIC. Furthermore, she has the honor of serving as a Panelist/Arbitrator for domain name disputes with esteemed organizations such as the Belgium Arbitration and Mediation Center (CEPANI), World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), Czech Arbitration Court (CAC), and the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC).
