Your responsibilities as Annuities Assistant?

You give support to our Paralegals and Attorneys when specific questions arise
You will provide general support services such as: handling incoming telephone calls and post, processing client instructions and inquiries, following up on administrative tasks.
You will check and verify databases and official documents to ascertain the accuracy of information.
You will work closely with colleagues from other departments

What makes you fit the profile of Annuities Assistant at Gevers?

You have a degree in an Administrative Orientation / Languages / Marketing
Working experience in administration is considered a plus
You have excellent communication skills, written and spoken
You are fluent in French with an excellent command of English and a good command of Dutch
You are proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Programs
You are detail-oriented, accurate, proactive and well organized
You can work independently, handle deadlines and are stress resistant
You enjoy working in a team
