Valérie has practiced intellectual property law since 2016. Her particular focus lies in protecting and enforcing trademark rights, copyrights, design rights, trade secrets and domain names. Valérie assists clients in dispute resolution matters and has experience drafting and negotiating IP-related agreements. She is a Benelux Association for Trademark and Design Law (BMM) member.
Before joining Gevers, Valérie worked as a lawyer for eight years at renowned law firms specializing in IP and IT law and data protection, where she handled both litigation and advisory matters.
