Valentin de le Court joined GEVERS in April 2016 in order to support and develop the contracting and dispute resolution teams of the firm and be a key member of the GEVERS China Desk. With more than twelve years of experience in the intellectual property field, including nine years of practice at the Brussels Bar and four years with the Shanghai office of a leading Chinese IP firm, Valentin’s area of expertise covers contentious and non-contentious IP matters, with a particular focus on patent and trademark litigation as well as China related IP strategies. His client base consists of MNCs and SMEs active in a wide range of sectors, including semiconductors, automotive, mobile gaming, oil & gas, digital communication, F&B, fashion, medical device and design. Valentin is recognized as expert of the China IPR SME Helpdesk since 2012.
