Len is specialized in EU law, copyright, trademarks and designs, unfair competition and entertainment law. His international experience and academic background allow him to provide pragmatic and cost-efficient solutions over a wide range of intellectual property matters. He provides legal and strategic advice on the protection and defense of intellectual property rights, including trademark and design registration procedures, copyright and trade secret protection, enforcement of rights, licensing and prosecution matters. He has authored a number of articles involving intellectual property, entertainment law and related matters. His mother tongue is Spanish and he is proficient in English, Dutch and French. Len is a Certified Trademark Attorney.
