Bram advises on how to protect and defend clients’ interests (innovations) in relation to Intellectual Property. He defends clients in proceedings (e.g. opposition) at the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property and European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). He is specialized in Intellectual Property (trademarks, designs, copyrights, databases) and business development, with a particular focus on trademarks and designs. Bram’s clients include national and international corporations, government authorities, consultancy firms, law firms, communication agencies, and tax and accounting firms.
